Our resident clinic at Martha Morehouse has a diabetic clinic every Friday morning.  The in-depth diabetic office visit includes diabetic examination, insulin usage teaching and medication evaluation by pharmacist or pharmacy students, teaching for self-monitoring of blood sugars at home, and overall teaching of diabetes including signs, symptoms with ultimate goal of obtaining better control.  Our resident physicians maintain this clinic with attending physician supervision.  Our goal is to ensure patients have in-depth training and understanding so that better compliance can be obtained.
