Clinical cancer genetics Research Interests
As part of Dr. Westman's dual role in genetics and medical student education, she conducts research in both areas. In the genetics area, her recent interests include automating cancer risk assessment for easy access by the general public, methods of risk communication, and cancer epidemiology in the Ohio Amish. Her current research in medical education involves the effect of different learning styles on medical student performance. Education
