Providing Excellence in Clinical Care

If you're looking for expert care in infectious diseases, you'll find it here in the Division of Infectious Diseases at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Our faculty of infectious diseases specialists see a diverse array of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and have special interests in the clinical areas of HIV and other viral illnesses, M. tuberculosis, non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections, fungal diseases, organ transplant patients, and musculoskeletal infections.

The majority of clinical activities of the Division of Infectious Diseases are carried out at The Ohio State University Medical Center situated on the main campus of the university. This includes University Hospital located in Rhodes Hall and Doan Hall, the adjacent Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Dodd Hall Rehabilitation Unit, OSU Hospitals East and OSU Harding Psychiatric Hospital, the University Hospitals Clinics in Cramblett Medical Clinic and the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital. There are also areas of clinical activity off campus.

Patients seeking care may receive the services of infectious diseases specialists in the following areas:

  • inpatient (ward and consultation);
  • and outpatient settings.
