Aneesa Marie Das, Ohio State University's assistant medical director of the sleep disorder center, testified for the prosecution, in a case related to a murder involving drowning. Das conceded that drowning in a tub could be possible - though highly unlikely - if the person suffered a sudden, previously undetected seizure or cardiac problem.
